There are four Project-a-Phone devices. The ScreenView model links the live phone image directly to a projector or monitor through a video cable. Used for cell phone forensics, the Snap model lets you use a 10MP digital camera to take pictures and video recordings and load them into our Case Reporting Software where you can add notes and information about the case and phone and create a case report.
Used for both cell phone forensics for live displays, the ICD-5200 and ICD-1300 Image Capture and Display systems use a USB connection to link to a computer, where our basic software lets you capture screen shots and video clips or display the image on a computer monitor. For forensics applications, they should be used with our optional Case Reporting Software.
Other than the camera, the hardware is the same for the four models, and the basic software is the same for the ICD-5200 and the ICD-1300. Common product features: Basic Software The Project-a-Phone Image Capture and Display basic software lets you display your phone screen in real time, record audio and video, and take still images individually or in a programmed sequence.
